UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Overview
TACON is delivering the complete upgrading and modernisation of Guinea’s national stadium — a 14-category programme spanning structural, MEP, HVAC, roofing, finishes and lift installation, executed while keeping the venue operational. Mid-programme, the stadium hosted a presidential ceremony, demonstrating delivery under intense national pressure.

Super Bobo Luxury Apartments
IN DEVELOPMENT
Overview
A landmark high-rise residential and mixed-use development on the Conakry waterfront. Two 30-storey towers deliver 176 premium residences, while a podium block adds a hypermarket, offices and 180 parking spaces. Super Bobo pioneers aluminium tunnel formwork in Guinea — positioning it as a demonstration project for national housing programmes.

Kansonyah City & GMD Olympic Stadium

Overview
Kansonyah City is a Vision-2040 new city integrating mixed-income housing, industrial and logistics zones, civic and healthcare facilities, green corridors and multi-modal transport — with major mangrove conservation built into the plan. Its flagship anchor, the GMD Olympic Stadium, is TACON’s chosen pilot for full BIM, clash detection and 4D scheduling.
