TACON PLC SARL is an engineering, construction and real estate company headquartered in Conakry, Republic of Guinea, and the flagship operating company of TAF Group. We anchor the group’s delivery capacity in construction and civil engineering — building infrastructure, government works, residential developments and the materials that supply them.
Our work spans the full project lifecycle: design, construction, MEP, supervision, earthworks, materials and logistics. We operate across Guinea and the wider West African market, combining international engineering standards with deep local execution capability.

Leadership & Governance
A subsidiary of TAF Group, TACON is led by its Managing Director who reports to the Group Chaiman and CEO supported by an executive leadership team spanning Engineering & Construction and Corporate Services, operating within TAF Group’s governance, audit and treasury framework under OHADA corporate law. The group sets strategy, allocates capital and monitors performance, freeing TACON to focus on disciplined, high-quality delivery.
