TAF Group

One group. End-to-end delivery.

TAF Group is a diversified African industrial group that plans, finances, builds and supplies across construction, real estate, logistics, energy, mining and building materials. The group sets strategy, centralises treasury and allocates capital so each company can execute with coordinated governance and financing — and so the companies reinforce one another across the value chain.

How the group works
  • Governance — the group sets priorities, appoints leadership and monitors performance across all companies.
  • Capital — capital is allocated and project funding approved at group level, giving every company financial weight.
  • Portfolio — the companies reinforce one another across logistics, construction, energy, materials and real estate.
